Welcome to the 2021 Session Proposal Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2021 Upper Midwest
Regional Conference & Trade Show, taking place October 12 - 13 at the
DoubleTree Bloomington - Minneapolis South in Minneapolis, MN.

Please read the Session Proposal Information 
before beginning your proposal to review the information needed to
submit a proposal. Proposals for 90-minute sessions are due by Friday, June 25, 11:59pm CT.

Please note, if you've submitted a proposal for a conference in 2020 or prior, you will
have to select "New User" and 'Join Now.' If you would like past proposals and/or bio emailed to you,
