Welcome to the PCICS Online Abstract Submission System

Welcome to the abstract collection site for PCICS Annual International Meeting. The conference will be held as a virtual event. We are working on transforming the event and more details will be provided soon. Opportunities to present will be available in the virtual format both during the live Research Presentations and through the e-Poster Gallery.

Deadline extended. Poster abstract submissions are due no later than 11:59 pm (EST) on Sunday, July 18, 2021. Information submitted for each abstract will be saved in the system until completed. You do not need to complete your Sunbmission at one time. However, failure to complete the required documentation by the due date will result in your abstract being rejected.

Please review the Guidelines prior to beginning the submission process.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the PCICS Scientific Review Committee.

All presentations will be expected to be on templates that will be provided at the time of abstract acceptance. If your poster abstract is accepted for podium presentation, you will be required to complete a Conflict of Interest disclosure.

Poster presentations will be in two categories:

1) Moderated Posters

2) Standard Posters

Posters also will be available for review electronically on a weblink and the mobile meeting guide.

Abstracts are welcome from any academic area, including clinical science, basic science, population science, quality improvement, and education. Submissions are encouraged from all groups including trainees and allied health professionals. Authors will be asked to identify their profession (MD, RN, RT, PT etc.) and if they are new faculty/trainee.

You will be using this form to provide your contact information and your required submission details for review.
