Poster Presentations for Lifestyle Medicine 2019 “The Foundation of Health Care" are now being accepted. All authors are encouraged to read, and thoroughly understand the submission guidelines before submitting a presentation.
Submissions are due by midnight PST on Wednesday, July 31, 2019.

Posters will be displayed on a 4'x4' (48 inches by 48 inches) of cork board and should not be a free-standing/foam insulated board.
