C3 Call for Submissions

We are excited to share that submissions are now open for the C3 conference! We invite you to submit an abstract or case to be presented during the June 23 - 26, 2019 conference at Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida.

Please review the guidelines as noted below:
Submission Guidelines
Deadline for abstract and case submission is April 30, 2019. SUBMISSIONS ARE CLOSED
• There is no submission fee to submit an abstract
• There is no limit to the number of submissions per person
• All submissions must be entered under the presenter name only (No name changes will be allowed)
• Non-presenting authors do not receive coverage or status
• Abstracts will be published in the online version of Journal of Invasive Cardiology post-conference. Details    regarding format will be sent in late June.
• All submissions must go through our conference portal
        - This platform will not accept video uploads. If you would like to use a video, please explain in your submission            what the video(s) will cover.

Review Process
• Scientific Committee will begin reviewing submissions in December 2018
• Submitter will be notified via email of acceptance (check your spam/junk folders for portal emails)
• Submitter will be notified via email of rejected submission and will be offered a 50% discount registration fee

The first 100 submitter spots have been filled and hotel coverage is no longer available to approved submitters after April 25, 2019. If you were already sent approval notification regarding hotel coverage, you must attend C3 for a minimum of 3 days to receive this support.

• Female physicians under Women in Cardiology program
• First 10 submitters: (7 spots available as of April 30)

• Hotel room (minimum 2 nights; maximum 4 nights)
• Please note that air transportation and ground transportation are not covered
• Listing in onsite materials as Associate Faculty


Please see below for details for the onsite presentation format:
ePosters (abstracts)
• Presentations are assigned in 1-hour sessions, where associate faculty present for 3-5 minutes, and should be    prepared for faculty questions
• Associate faculty need to attend their full 1-hour session
• Our new poster space will showcase 6 posters at a time on monitors, which will switch out in order to    accommodate 10- 12 presenters in a 1-hour session
• Assigned Moderators will visit one monitor at a time to listen to each associate faculty presentation

Oral Presentations (cases)
• These will last 8-10 minutes inclusive of discussion and panel questions, and will occur in one of our meeting    rooms including screen, laptop, podium
