The poster proposal submission deadline has been extended through April 8th at Noon CT.

Students: We are looking for a digital poster offering solutions and proactive approaches to the following areas:

• New ways to expand inclusionary community engagement
• Reaching unrepresented populations for participation
• New methods to closing the broadband gap
• Implementing new technical tools/resources for engagement
• Innovative approaches to broaden public participation

Important Dates

• March 15 – April 8th at Noon CT - Poster collection
• Week of April 12 - Poster Review and Acceptance Notifications
• April 19-26 - Upload poster PDF and record audio

There have been changes in regulations to ensure data protection and privacy for all individuals. Due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you will be presented with a Privacy Notice Agreement upon logging in to the Proposal Submission Site if you have not previously accepted. This notice and its acceptance are required in order to access the system.
