The Abstract / Poster Session is a forum for presenting clinical, translational, and basic research in the format of a Poster Presentation.
CATEGORIES
There will be a first, second and third place award.
RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
Notification of abstract acceptance and travel awards will be made, and additional directions will be sent to the authors of all accepted abstracts in November 2018. Abstract presenters will be required to accept their invitation within 2 weeks of notification.
REGISTRATION
All presenters are required to register and pay for a full meeting registration by the deadline. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the final program.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF ABSTRACT PRESENTERS
Presenters are responsible for all expenses related to participating in the conference, including registration fees, transportation, lodging, and meals.

RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
- All abstracts must be submitted electronically by Monday, October 29, 2018 by 11:59 pm EDT
- The submitting author should provide complete contact information, including a current email address, as all communication will be handled via email.
- Please comply with the required formatting instructions and proofread your abstract carefully to avoid errors before submission. After the October 29 deadline, abstracts may not be revised or resubmitted. If accepted, your abstract will be published as submitted.
- 250 words, 1 figure or table
- Accepted abstracts will be presented for general viewing during all three days of the symposium.
