Thank you for your interest in submitting programming for the 2020 AAPS PharmSi 360!

SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Before you begin, review the AAPS website to review what themes the Scientific Programming Committee has selected this year. In addition, you will find information on the programming types, reimbursement policies, and what is needed to submit a proposal.

LOGIN DETAILS
Anyone can submit a proposal. If you are an AAPS member or have attended an AAPS event in the past, click "Login" below. New users should "Create an Account" in order to proceed.

SUBMISSION DEADLINES
  • Scientific Symposia: CLOSED
  • Pre-Conference Workshops & Short Courses: CLOSED
  • Career Development Sessions: CLOSED
  • Hot Topic Sessions: CLOSED
  • Rapid Fires: June 17, 2020

SELECTION PROCESS
All submissions will be reviewed by this year’s Scientific Programming Committee (SPC). Programming that best fits the themes and would be of the most interest to AAPS members will be selected for the 2020 program. With the exception of Rapid Fires, individuals will be notified by end May 2020 if your proposal is selected for this year’s conference. Rapid Fire submitters will be notified in early August. If you accept, the SPC Track Leaders will contact you to help integrate the presentations into a cohesive and impactful set of presentations that align with the theme.
