The AAO-HNSF will notify all submitters in July 2026 of the status of their submission(s) upon the final review and decision of the Annual Meeting Program Committee and Program Chair. Please do not contact the AAO-HNSF staff to obtain information regarding the decision status, notification distribution, or publication dates. Check the Annual Meeting website regularly for the most up-to-date information.  

Key Dates: 

May 19, 2026: Late-Breaking Call for Science Submission Site Opens 
June 9, 2026: Late-Breaking Call for Science Submission Site Closes.

No deadline extension will be granted this year.


June 2026: Submissions Reviewed by the Annual Meeting Program Committee
July 2026: Submission Status Notifications Sent
