Please do not contact the AAO-HNSF staff to obtain information regarding the decision status, notification distribution, or publication dates. January 26, 2026: 2026 Call for Science Submission Site Closes
January to April 2026: Submissions Reviewed by the Annual Meeting Program Committee
Mid-May 2026: Submission Status Notifications Sent
July 18 to October 26, 2026: Deadlines for Submissions of Required Manuscripts for Scientific Oral Presentations and those Scientific Poster Presentations seeking publication
