2020 Advanced Arthroscopy Traveling Fellowship Application for the 2020 Tour

Requirement/Instructions:

• Applicant must be a currently practicing orthopaedic surgeon.
• Submit a recent digital photograph
• Ask two sponsors (same as listed in part II) to send letters of recommendation to be uploaded on this application. The sponsors should be orthopaedic surgeons who are familiar with your work. if a special Fellowship has been taken, a letter of recommendation from the Director of the Fellowship should also be submitted.
• Personal statement, not to exceed 500 words, detailing why you want to be an AANA Traveling Fellow and what you can offer the Traveling Fellowship program.
