Welcome To The PAINWeek 2026 Presentation Proposal Submission Site
Proposal Guidelines
All PAINWeek presentation proposals must demonstrate strict adherence to evidence-based medicine and regulatory compliance. Proposals must be supported exclusively by peer-reviewed research published in recognized medical journals, with preference given to systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and established clinical practice guidelines. All pharmaceutical interventions, medical devices, and therapeutic procedures discussed must have current FDA approval for the specific indications presented. Off-label use must be clearly disclosed with appropriate safety warnings and substantial clinical evidence. Proposals featuring anecdotal evidence, unpublished studies, theoretical frameworks without clinical validation, unregulated supplements, or alternative medicine approaches lacking rigorous scientific support will be automatically rejected.PAINWeek evaluates evidence quality, regulatory compliance, and clinical relevance. All presentations must align with established clinical practice guidelines, provide balanced risk-benefit analyses, emphasize patient safety, and use validated outcome measures. Presenters are held accountable for maintaining scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout their presentations, with PAINWeek and the accredited provider reserving the right to monitor content and require modifications. This commitment ensures that all PAINWeek educational content advances evidence-based pain management through scientifically validated, FDA-approved interventions that meaningfully contribute to improved patient outcomes.
