The Organization of Resident Representatives Community Service Recognition Award fosters a service ethic among resident physicians by recognizing residents at AAMC member institutions who have made contributions above and beyond the rigors of residency training to improve the local communities surrounding their training institution.

Nominations can be put forward by any member of the AAMC community, including faculty, staff, administrators, residents, and students.
