Welcome to the SEAFWA 2020 Call for Presentations Online Form

The Call for Presentations for the 2020 Southeastern Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies Annual Conference deadline has been extended. Anyone interested in submitting an abstract for the conference should submit a proposal using this online form by Friday, July 24, 2020, 11:59 PM (EST). PLEASE NOTE: This conference will now be virtual, and detailed instructions will be provided on how to participate. Click "Join Now" below to begin.

Abstract Submission:
  • The virtual program will consist of three types of sessions: Organized Symposia; Contributed Oral Presentations; and Poster Presentations.
  • Submit your abstract for either an individual presentation within an organized symposium, for a general contributed oral presentation, or for a poster presentation. Please include all of the requested information and use the required format to ensure that the program committee receives the information necessary to evaluate your submission. The online form will prompt you for details, including: Presentation Title, Authors, Track, and Abstract (limited to 300 words).
  • Track Options: Contributed Oral and Poster presentations will be grouped with similar presentations to form thematic sessions, based on selected disciplines: Law Enforcement, Legal, IT/Licensing, Marketing, R3 & Communications, Fisheries and Wildlife. Oral presentation authors also have the option of indicating interest in an Organized Symposium, either as an invited speaker, or if you want your talk to be considered for a particular symposium. Overviews of the accepted symposia are posted to the conference website for reference (click here to review).
  • Important Notes Related to Manuscripts: Authors submitting peer-reviewed manuscripts for consideration may be expected to also serve as manuscript reviewers. Manuscripts will need to be uploaded in the online form when submitting the abstract. Authors will receive confirmation that manuscripts have been received soon after the deadline. Notifications of acceptance for publication in the SEAFWA journal will be sent by the journal editors by early August.
  • You may begin the submission process and return to your saved proposal any time up until the submission deadline. You can also login and make any modifications only until the submission deadline.

  • If you have questions about these instructions, need assistance filling out the online submission form, or would like to withdraw a submission, please contact Meg Boera at meg@delaneymeetingevent.com.
