Thank you for your interest in developing a student poster abstract for the 2021 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting, December 5–9, 2021.

• The deadline to submit your poster is Friday, October 1, 11:59 p.m. (Pacific)
• Review the Poster Submission Instructions before beginning your submission. Failure to follow the instructions may result in your abstract not being accepted.
• You must either currently be a resident or fellow, or your study was conducted while you were a resident or fellow.
• IMPORTANT: The Primary Author must be the person submitting the abstract. Submitting an abstract on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
