Welcome to the 2025 COF All-Star Spotlight Call for Nominations

We are excited to open COF’s All Star Spotlight Award Nomination season, an initiative designed to celebrate emerging and outstanding leaders in the compliance field who have made significant contributions to the profession through professional development activity, peer networking support, and collaborative efforts within their institutions.

These awards recognize excellence along the career progression of COF members and are categorized as:

•COF Rookie of the Year

•COF Coach of the Year

•COF MVP of the Year

Individuals may nominate themselves and/or colleagues from an AAMC member institution. Members may submit up to one nomination per spotlight category. Your participation is crucial in identifying and honoring those who exemplify excellence in compliance leadership.

Awardees will be announced during the 2025 COF Annual Meeting: All- Star Spotlight Lunch in Washington, DC, on Wednesday, October 8th.

Prior to submitting your nomination, we suggest reviewing the submission requirements for each category.
