Welcome to the SNACC Abstract Submission Site

The SNACC 50th Annual Meeting will be held September 8-10 in Seattle. All accepted abstracts will be presented on September 9th or 10th. For those presenters with travel limitations, presentation via an online portal will be available; however, the activity is live and participants must still be available at the designated time for live Q&A. Of note, resident and fellow workshops will only have a live component. The presenting author will be required to register for the event in order to present the abstract material.

Deadline extended. Abstract submissions are due no later than 11:59 pm (EST) on Monday, May 16, 2022. (convert to your local time here). Information submitted for each abstract will be saved in the system until completed. You do not need to complete your submission at one time. However, failure to complete the required tasks and click the “Submit” button by the deadline will result in your abstract being rejected. The submitting author will be sent a confirmation email when the submission process is complete.

One author will be designated as the Presenting Author. If the abstract is accepted, only the Presenting Author will be able to submit further details about the presentation leading up to the Annual Meeting. The Presenting Author will be listed on the Annual Meeting website in a searchable list of all Presenting Authors. All contributing authors will be listed on the presentation pop-up screen.
