Welcome to the SNACC Abstract Submission Site

The SNACC 50th Annual Meeting will be held September 8-10 in Seattle. All accepted abstracts will be presented on September 9th or 10th. For those presenters with travel limitations, presentation via an online portal will be available; however, the activity is live and participants must still be available at the designated time for live Q&A. Of note, resident and fellow workshops will only have a live component. The presenting author will be required to register for the event in order to present the abstract material.

Deadline extended. Abstract submissions are due no later than 11:59 pm (EST) on Monday, May 16, 2022. (convert to your local time here). Information submitted for each abstract will be saved in the system until completed. You do not need to complete your submission at one time. However, failure to complete the required tasks and click the “Submit” button by the deadline will result in your abstract being rejected. The submitting author will be sent a confirmation email when the submission process is complete.

Abstracts may list more than one author who is legitimately involved in the work being presented. Every author will be required to complete an ASA disclosure form. ASA will email all authors after the submission deadline.

One author will be designated as the Presenting Author. If the abstract is accepted, only the Presenting Author will be able to submit further details about the presentation leading up to the Annual Meeting. The Presenting Author will be listed on the Annual Meeting website in a searchable list of all Presenting Authors. All contributing authors will be listed on the presentation pop-up screen.

Presenting authors are responsible for all of the logistical expenses necessary for presenting the material (travel, hotel, registration, internet connections, etc.).

Authors may not be added or edited after the abstract submission deadline.

Presenting Authors will be responsible for ensuring that all communicated deadlines are met if the abstract is accepted. Presentations may be canceled and removed from event materials if all deadlines are not met.

Presenting Authors who are eligible for Awards must use the Awards task to indicate their eligibility and interest in being considered for an award. Award criteria are available on the Awards task page. Award winners must be present at the Annual Meeting in Seattle to accept their awards and present their material. The Awards include:
