Sponsors should also bear in mind the following:

The main CFP (Call for Proposals) submission period has ended. If you submitted for the main CFP, those submissions are currently in the review and rating period and no changes or updates can be made to them. This landing page and site has been updated to accommodate the collection of proposed sessions by conference sponsors.

This process is specifically for Sponsored Sessions which are featured as part of the Main Conference agenda.

If you plan to deliver Solutions Theatre presentations as part of your sponsor deliverables, details for these will be collected separately closer to the conference. Questions can be directed to

Infosec World General Content Guidance & Deadlines
In order to maintain the high quality agenda that our attendees have come to expect, sponsored presentation proposals are subject to review and approval by the Conference Content Chair, and all presentations—including sponsored sessions—will go through our content review process which starts on August 4, 2023. Final presentations, incorporating any edits resulting from the content review process, will be required by September 1, 2023.

Presenters are asked to use the Infosec World PowerPoint template, which will be made available in early August.

Tech Spotlight Presentations
15 minutes in duration
An exclusive plenary session following the morning keynote.

Platinum Session Presentations
Each session consists of a 25-minute slot (plan for 20 minutes presentation, plus 5 minutes Q&A).

We strongly recommend that session presentations are given by customers, if at all possible. In any event, it's vital to avoid any product or sales pitch.

Given duration of the session, each sponsor will receive 1 (one) complimentary speaker pass for each sponsored session.

Platinum Plus Session Presentations
These consist of a 50-minute slot (plan for 45 minutes plus 5 minutes Q&A).

Content is often (though not always) more in-depth in nature — we often see presenters explaining how to solve particular technical problems or use/deploy new features. The focus should not be on 'selling' but rather on 'problem solving'— but we do anticipate that you might be showcasing product.

Technical demonstrations are welcome, though not required. Panel proposals are also acceptable.

Sponsors will receive 1 (one) complimentary speaker passes for each sponsored session.
