The FABTECH Conference Team remains committed to advancing the future of the fabrication industry through high-quality education and thought leadership.

Selection Process

Conference program managers and advisors will prioritize proposals that deliver industry-relevant content and meaningful education. Submissions will be evaluated based on:
  • Overall quality and clarity
  • Relevance to current industry challenges and opportunities
  • Alignment with the defined program track structure
  • Speaker engagement, inspiration, and ability to enhance the attendee learning experience

All presenters will be notified by: May 2026 of the submitted status


Presentation Standards
FABTECH maintains a strict policy against commercial content. Abstracts must be educational and non-promotional. Sales pitches and product-focused presentations will not be accepted.

Submitting to Speak at FABTECH 2026 LAS VEGAS

What you need prior to entering the system:
  • Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Position/Title, Company, Credentials, List of Co-Presenter Names, Emails, Positions, Organizations, Credentials (if applicable)
  • Abstract Title
  • Abstract
  • Biography
  • Hi-Res Headshot Photo
*As a marketing or PR representative, please ensure you provide the speaker’s information, including their email and phone number. Failure to do so may result in the submission being denied. You can also include your contact details in the support section.

Due to data privacy and protection all speakers must set up a “New Account”


Please use: “To Submit for 2026” Once you set it up for the first time you can go back and log in under “Update Existing Submission” to make changes, add more speakers, etc.


Once all three (3) speaker tasks are complete (showing a green check mark) and you click submit, you will receive a confirmation email that your abstract is successfully submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Serena Naylor at snaylor@sme.org or 313-425-3026.
