The GWIMS Nominating Subcommittee is now accepting applications for members to join the GWIMS Steering Committee. Become part of a
committee that advocates for the advancement of women faculty and learners in medical education, biomedical research, clinical practice, and administrative leadership; promotes sustainable strategies to enhance institutional climates of inclusion, equity, and opportunity, and collects, analyzes, and applies data to inform institutional practices.
The nominations subcommittee seeks to elect four individuals (three faculty seats, and one administrative staff seat) to serve three-year terms beginning in November 2024.
Download and review the steering committee member expectations and submission guidelines, then submit your application today! The submission deadline is June 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM, EST. The final voting slate for new steering committee members will open in August.
