Thank you for your interest in submitting proposals for RE+ 2025. The Call for Proposals/Speakers/Posters, will be open until Tuesday, October 15th.

You will be using this portal to provide your contact information and the required proposal details for review. If you have logged into this submission site before, please enter your email address and access key. If you lost your access key, click on "Lost your access key" to reset.

If you are a new user, please click "Create an Account" to begin.

Before accessing the submission site, you may review the information that you will be asked of you during the process. Please use the web browser Google Chrome when submitting an abstract. In order to successfully submit your abstract, you must click on the "SUBMIT"button.

Call for Proposal Guidelines

Proposal Title
  • Should be Title Case (i.e., The Quick Brown Fox and the Green Turtle)
  • Should be plain text (No html)
  • Word Limit: 20 words

Proposal Description
  • Word Limit: 300 words
  • Should be in a single paragraph

Proposal Speakers
  • We are no longer asking for specific names or speakers.
  • Please provide the perspective of speaker that you would recommend for a successful session (i.e. utility, industry, regulator, developer, engineer)
  • You may submit specific speakers for your organization through the call for speakers.
Proposals for the following topics will receive prioritization by the Core Committee, SEIA, and SEPA

  • Equitable electrification (e.g. LMI, dense urban areas with street parking, multi-unit dwellings, sparse rural areas with less infrastructure)
  • Manufacturing electrification
  • Impacts of EPEAT - an ecolabel for electronics

Track: Finance and Asset Management
  • Cost and risk reductions & new value opportunities
  • O&M Issues
  • Merchant Battery opportunity in US market
  • Modeling long-term Merchant revenues
  • Battery storage returns in commercial & industrial applications

Track: Grid Integration
  • Microgrids – different use cases (e.g. utility-owned, customer-owned)
  • Data Centers
  • AI and Automation
  • Batteries and other energy storage technologies
  • Long-duration storage
  • Hydrogen

Track: Managing Growth
  • Tracking Sustainability: Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Tracking Sustainability: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Goals
