Late Breaking Abstract Requirements

IDWeek late Breaking abstract submissions are limited to truly late-breaking, high-impact scientific research for which results were not available at the time of the May 1 regular abstract submission deadline. Late breaking abstracts should present data that are high impact, ground breaking, innovative, and newsworthy. IDWeek will accept “non-trial data” abstracts for critical or emerging issues through the call for late breakers.

Only a very small number of Late Breaking Abstracts are accepted to IDWeek.

Abstracts are ineligible for consideration if data was available at the time of the May 1 regular submission deadline

Submission Due Date: August 5, 2024 11:59 p.m. ET.

Abstract submissions that are incomplete after the submission deadline will not be eligible for presentation, nor will they be considered for review.
