We are currently accepting new abstract submissions for the 2021 AeroDef Conference.
The AeroDef conference offers a unique opportunity to speak face-to-face with engineers, product designers, and managers looking for innovative solutions to their most difficult manufacturing challenges. Presentations offer a practical look at the issues encountered at multiple levels of the extended enterprise and represent a wide spectrum of manufacturing technologies, including:
Additive Manufacturing/3D Technology, Advanced Inspection Technologies, Automation, Assembly & Robotics, Composites & Advanced Materials, Cybersecurity and Cryptographic Modernization, Digital Engineering & Modeling Simulation, Electrification of the Aircraft, Hypersonic Technologies, Next Generation Tooling Technologies & Applications, Quantification Certification, Integrated Assembly, Precision Machining, Finishing & Coatings, Quality, Measurement & Inspection and Smart Manufacturing.
The Evaluation Process:
Members of the Conference Advisory Committee will evaluate all proposed abstracts based on the following criteria: overall quality, relevance to the industry, well-defined focus within the program track structure, practical applications of material, timeliness of the topic, and speaker qualifications.
To be considered as a conference speaker, your abstract must be educational in nature — sales presentations will not be accepted . The final program selections and notifications will be made by early June, acceptance / rejection notifications will be delivered via email to all submitters.
Submitting an Abstract:
For all submissions, you must log into the Cadmium Scorecard module (AeroDef abstract management portal).

What you need prior to entering the system:
- Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Position/Title, Company, Credentials
- List of Co-Presenter Names, Emails, Positions, Organizations, Credentials (if applicable)
- Abstract Title
- Hi-Res Headshot Photo
Once you enter all information and correctly submit, you will receive a confirmation email that we received your abstract.
To complete your current submission, make changes to an existing submission or add another submission:
