Thank you for your interest in presenting an education session at the 2025 NAHB International Builders’ Show!
Please note, THIS RFP IS FOR CLASSROOM SESSIONS ONLY. If you have interest in other education formats, such as pre-show workshops, keynotes, Central/lounge programs, exhibit floor demonstrations, etc., please do not submit a proposal through this RFP; instead, contact NAHB.
Please remember the following important items as you craft and submit your proposal (full rules can be found in our official RFP document):
- The full roster of presenters who are to appear on a session must be provided at the time of proposal submission.
- An individual may appear on no more than four (4) session proposals, either as a speaker or moderator; a company is limited to a maximum of six (6).
- Proposals that most closely align with our 'Leading Topics of Interest' will have the strongest chance of being selected.
- NAHB is not able to reimburse travel expenses or provide fees/honoraria for chosen presenters; they will, however, receive a complimentary full registration to the NAHB International Builders’ Show.
