2024 Vascular Annual Meeting
Industry Symposia Submission Site

The Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS) is offering the opportunity for industry to submit proposals for selection for Symposia at the Vascular Annual Meeting (VAM), June 19-22, 2024, at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL.

About the Call:
  • Organizations may submit more than once but no organization may submit more than three (3) proposals.
  • Proposals submitted outside the online process will not be considered or reviewed.
  • Submission does not guarantee that your proposal will be selected.
  • Notifications will be distributed following a review period; be sure to check junk/spam folders at that time.

    Description of Industry Symposia:
Based on industry feedback, VAM has reduced the number of symposia offered from five (5) sessions in 2023 to three (3) in 2024 and moved the symposia slots to Friday to allow for selected industry the opportunity to promote their symposia during the VAM exhibition hours on Thursday. These symposia are non-CE and may cover a range of topics from innovative new approaches, research, newly launched products and more! This opportunity will remain a paid sponsorship opportunity and by submitting your proposal, you are agreeing to the sponsorship cost of $65,000*, should your proposal be selected. While organizations may submit more than one proposal, we request that no organization submits more than three (3) proposals. Please review the VAM24 Industry Proposal Guidelines for more information.

    Review and Selection Process:
After online submission closes, proposals are judged blindly through an online platform by the VAM Leadership. Following the review period, submissions/submitters are unblinded during the committee’s selection meeting. Proposals scoring above a certain threshold will be selected for symposia opportunities.

    Post-Selection:
If a proposal is chosen for inclusion in VAM Symposia, industry will be responsible for the following:
  • Working with sponsorship team to finalize session title, description and speaker for publication and registration build-out (registration will open mid-March).
  • Providing any information, collateral or marketing needed to feature symposia on related signage, digital marketing, and communications.
  • Sponsor is responsible for any honoraria or accommodation needed for their staff and faculty.

    Symposia Inclusions and Benefits:
    Cost: $65,000*:
    All Selected Symposia will include:
  • Symposia meeting room set in classroom for a minimum of 100 attendees.
