Welcome to the Applied Net 2026 Submission Portal
Applied Net 2026 is scheduled for September 28-October 1, 2026 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.
Share your expertise, inspire peers, and help shape the most important gathering of insurance professionals in the world. Applied Net is built on real users sharing real stories—new processes you implemented, workflows you refined, challenges you overcame, and lessons learned along the way.
We encourage you to take your time while submitting your proposal and add as much detail and insight into your presentation as possible. Focus your presentation on the problem you solved, and target those who you think would benefit most from hearing your experience.
Use this form to provide your contact information and your required submission details for review. Click Create Your Submission Profile Now below to begin.
What We’re Looking For
We want all ideas - large or small, niche or broad, across any and all lines of business. Whether you automated a manual task, configured a smarter workflow, improved customer service, connected systems, or uncovered a new best practice, your experience can help others.
Below are examples of the types of topics and product areas we’re especially interested in this year. These are meant to spark ideas, not limit them.

- Connected workflows across the EZLynx suite
Professional Development & Business Leadership
- Leadership, communication, and staff development
- Change management and operational excellence
- Strategic planning, financial performance, and agency growth
- Team structure, culture, and process management
This list is not comprehensive. If you have a unique perspective, a hard-won lesson, a redesign of a workflow, or a business transformation story - submit it. Diverse ideas make the conference stronger.
Choose the following format that best fits your content and style:
- Case Study - Walk peers through a recent project, challenge, or workflow improvement—sharing what you learned and why it matters.
- Course - Instructional, step-by-step teaching of a specific skill or workflow. Includes a required handout to guide attendees. Course presenters grant Applied Client Network and its fellow members permission to utilize course collateral (including the title, description, learning objectives, written handout, etc.) to administer the course for future programs associated with the Applied Client Network.
- Expert Panel - Share your perspective alongside fellow experts on a focused topic, followed by Q&A. (You don’t need to identify all of the panelists when you submit your idea.)
- Lecture - Present insights, concepts, or best practices. Less technical than a course, and no handout required.
- Roundtable - Facilitate an informal, participant-driven discussion around a focused topic.
Submission Tips
- The profile you create for submissions is separate from your ACN membership login.
- Use Google Chrome for the best submission experience.
