Before starting your submission, please read the Poster Abstract Submission and Poster Display Guidelines, which can be found at www.avainfo.org/guidelines2021.
Abstracts are being accepted for Digital Poster Display and/or Digital Poster Presentation for the 35th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Association for Vascular Access, September 16-19 in Orlando, Florida. Abstracts received that do not follow these guidelines will NOT be accepted. Abstracts will be accepted online only NO LATER THAN 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time on May 26, 2021, using the online submission form. Prior to beginning the submission process you will be prompted to create a Login ID and Password. Please keep the Login ID and Password until the close of the submission process: you may want to log in to make changes before the closing date. Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection no later than June 21, 2021.
If your submission is accepted but you are not able to attend in-person, you may still create a digital poster for viewing in the AVA 2021 mobile app. As in previous years, there are no printed posters on display at the AVA Scientific Meeting. Registration and the ability to attend in-person is only required if you opt-in and are selected to present your poster as part of the Scientific Poster Presentations.
