Call for Proposals

Lead a session at AIA26!  

The AIA Conference on Architecture & Design is the convening of the largest, most influential network of AEC professionals to drive solutions and redefine what’s possible in architecture and design. We’re looking for bold voices, fresh perspectives, and innovative content from across the AEC community to help shape the learning experience at AIA26. 

Submissions 

• Educational session proposals should focus on emerging trends and offer an innovative approach to a relevant topic.

Important dates 

Submission instructions

Step 1: Review the AIA26 Call for Proposal Reference Guide (PDF).

Step 2: Prepare requirements for your proposal and complete submission in its entirety. All session speakers/tour leaders must be secured at the time of your submission.  

Step 3: Submit!  

All proposals must be submitted online via the submission portal by 11:59pm PT on January 15, 2026.
