Welcome to the Exhibitor Engagement Portal

To further promote your authors/illustrators and organization, ALA offers contracted exhibitors the opportunity to participate in several engagement programs, most of which are located right on the exhibit floor. These programs include the Library Marketplace Stage and Book Buzz Sessions, Meet the Authors and Author Autographing Area, as well as the Now Showing @ ALA Film Program, and Podcast Recording Booth. Refer to the Exhibitor Engagement Submission Guide for specifics on each program’s pricing, submission details and deadlines. You must be a contracted exhibitor or part of an ALA Unit to participate.

Proposals are reviewed by Show Management and must be submitted by the deadlines noted below. Submit early to have the best chance at getting accepted with preferred date/time.

• Submission Site Opens February 1, 2024 @ 11 AM ET
• First Round of Assignments March 15, 2024*
• Notifications Start in April 2024
• Submission Site Closes June 23, 2024

*After the first round of assignments, if there are open time slots or cancellations, those slots will be filled as new submissions come in.
