8. Deadlines are firm; late submissions will not be accepted.
Submission Types
- Speaker Proposal: Select this option to submit a proposal for a speaking role. Once speaker invitations have been sent, invited speakers will have 7 days to accept their speaking slot or forfeit. Speaking slots are limited and some proposals may be offered a poster instead. Not all proposals will be accepted.
- Poster Proposal: Select this option to submit a proposal specifically for a poster. This option will NOT be considered for a speaking role. ACP will print and ship your poster to the conference if you have accepted your poster invitation and your poster file is received by the deadline.

Please Note:
- The program committee will consider a variety of factors when selecting speakers including diversity of backgrounds and perspectives and company representation. ACP members will be preferred over non-member presentations. For inquiries on membership, please contact ACP's Membership team, membership@cleanpower.org. For sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities, please contact partnerships@cleanpower.org
Selected speakers will be required to register for the conference at a significantly discounted rate. ACP is a non-profit organization, and this helps to cover some basic conference costs. Revenue from ACP events goes back to the industry through ACP’s efforts to grow the U.S. clean power industry and support clean energy professionals.
