If you are a coauthor on an abstract someone else has started, please do not create an account or start a duplicate abstract. Please connect with the Submitting Author directly, as it is the Submitting Author's responsibility to complete and submit the abstract for the entire group.

- Monday, September 14, 2026 (9:00 pm ET): General Abstract Submission Deadline
- Friday, November 6: Oral/Poster notification emails sent by SMFM
- Friday, November 13: General abstract submission withdrawal deadline.
- Monday, November 16: Late-Breaking submission site opens.
- Monday, December 7: Early Registration Deadline!
- Monday, December 21 (9:00 PM ET): Late-Breaking abstract submission site deadline.
- Monday, January 11: Late-Breaking abstract notifications sent to submitting and presenting authors.

Abstract Mentorship Program
Help strengthen the impact of obstetric research from low- and middle-income countries. The SMFM Abstract Mentor Program connects investigators seeking feedback on abstracts intended for submission to the SMFM 2027 Pregnancy Meeting with experienced volunteer mentors prior to final abstract submission. Learn more about participating as a mentor or mentee.
