Session Topics We’re Looking For

We’re looking for engaging, real-world sessions on the latest trends, tools, and techniques across the following areas. Not seeing your specialty listed? We welcome unique, relevant session ideas that offer strong value to our attendees. All sessions should include actionable takeaways and preferably an interactive format.

•    Measurement & Analytics

Are you passionate about using data to prove and improve value? Submit a session that helps attendees measure, analyze, and act on event performance. Example topics: measuring success (ROI/ROO/ROX); data collection and analytic tools; crafting KPIs; data storytelling; use of AI; and trends.

•    Planning & Execution

Have proven methods for keeping events on time and on budget? Share tools, case studies, or frameworks for better logistics, budgeting, or vendor coordination. Example topics: rising costs; budget constraints; selecting trade shows; ordering show services; crafting RFPs; project management tools; booth staff training; use of AI; and trends.

•    Marketing & Sales

How are you driving booth traffic and conversions? Share creative campaigns, emerging marketing tools, or lead gen strategies that deliver results. Example topics: attracting attendees; B2B/B2C tactics; lead capture; sales and marketing alignment; influencer strategies; storytelling; use of AI; and trends.

•    Management & Leadership

Lead teams, manage change, and align with the C-suite. Example topics: problem solving tools; dealing with conflict; team development; vendor management; gaining leadership buy-in; and use of AI.

•    Global Exhibit Marketing

Offer practical guidance for navigating global exhibiting. Example topics: going global; country and region-specific insights; use of AI; and logistics abroad.

•    Exhibits, Experiences, Events

Bridge creativity with execution. Ideal sessions include visuals, demos, and hands-on formats. Example topics: exhibit design; engagement and activations; small booth strategies; sustainability; technology tools; generational factors; use of AI; and industry trends.

•    Personal & Career Development

Support professional growth and well-being. Propose sessions focused on self-leadership, career transitions, or resilience. Example topics: career advancement; pursuit of new opportunities; wellness; negotiation strategies; use of AI; and CTSM program.


What Makes a Strong Proposal?

We prioritize sessions that are:

•    Innovative and practical

•    Engaging and interactive (group exercises, hands-on activities, peer exchanges)


Proposals will be evaluated on:

•    Relevance and value to our audience

•    Originality and organization

•    Timeliness and topic significance

•    Freshness and exclusivity

•    Presenter’s subject matter expertise

•    Short video introductions from each speaker/panelist outlining their session role and topic

•    Professionalism and clarity of the submission (grammar and spelling count!)
