Welcome to the 2027 Conference Workshop Speaker Proposal Site

The Lifesavers Conference Planning Committee is now accepting speaker proposals for the 2027 Conference workshops, to be held March 6 - 9 in San Antonio, TX. All proposals must be submitted through this online portal. Speaker proposals are limited to three submissions per person. The portal will close at 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. NO speaker proposals will be accepted after this date.

All speaker proposals are carefully reviewed for their applicability to the Lifesavers Conference audience with an emphasis on “research-to-practice” and “appropriately evaluated programs".

It is understood that you are submitting this proposal with the intention of attending the Lifesavers Conference upon acceptance. If you are unsure about your ability to attend Lifesavers, please do not continue with this proposal.

Accepted speakers will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, hotel, and registration for the 2027 Lifesavers Conference, however limited financial assistance for travel is available. A separate application for travel expense support will be needed for each presenter. That portal will open late fall.
