Clinical Posters
Abstract submission for clinical poster presentation is a member benefit for advanced practitioner professional members of the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology (APSHO), providing an opportunity to present innovative, original work that is significant to the role of the advanced practitioner in oncology and hematology. Clinical posters focus on areas such as research, clinical/evidence-based practice, educational initiatives, leadership, professional development, and advanced practice projects. Clinical posters from accepted abstracts will be presented by the APSHO member submitting/lead author during the conference.

NEW THIS YEAR for clinical posters!
  • Abstract submitters for clinical poster presentation have a new opportunity to submit their abstracts for feedback by an APSHO advanced practice mentor prior to the final submission deadline. The deadline to submit for pre-review is June 12.
  • Five abstracts accepted for clinical poster presentation will be selected for oral poster presentation during the conference. You will have the opportunity during abstract submission to indicate if you are interested in being selected for this special session.

APSHO Patient/Advocacy Perspective Posters
Returning this year! Abstract submission for APSHO Patient/Advocacy Perspective Posters is open to patient advocacy organizations in partnership with patients as an opportunity to share important information with advanced practitioners in oncology and hematology. Gaining a better understanding of the patient perspective on topics such as communication, education, symptom management, and support provides insight for best practice in improving the overall quality of care. Patient advocacy organizations may submit directly, and patients are invited to submit in partnership with patient advocacy organizations. APSHO would like to acknowledge and thank founding supporter for the APSHO Patient/Advocacy Perspective Poster Program, Pfizer Oncology, and additional supporters Bristol Myers Squibb and Genmab. For more information regarding patient posters, please contact Jessica Tamasi, jessica.tamasi@broadcastmed.com.
