Call for Educational Session Proposals

Thank you for your interest in developing a proposal for an educational session at the 2026 Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition in Orlando, Florida, December 6–9.

Proposal Deadline: Friday, February 1, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PT.

Before You Begin
Please review the following resources before submitting your proposal:

• ASHP will also accept proposals for Student Programming and Management Case Studies.

Important Notes:

• If your proposal is accepted, you must be an active ASHP member from the time of submission through the time of presentation at the meeting.
• ASHP will not consider submissions made by third-party representatives acting on behalf of another individual.
