Welcome to the 2024 CIS Diagnostic School Application Site

Welcome to the application site for the 2024 CIS Diagnostic School. The 2024 Diagnostic School will be a fully virtual meeting. 

Application Requirements

1. A CV, no more than 4 pages
2. A brief statement, no more than 500 words, on why you want to attend, how you plan to utilize the training, and how your career will benefit by attending the Diganostic School.
3. A 1 page case study illustrating how diagnostic testing made a definitive diagnosis for a patient with an inborn error of immunity or immune dysregulatory disorder, or was used to guide therapy. The 1 page case report should include pertinent clinical and laboratory information, along with any flow and/or genetic data or figures.
4. In-Training Applicants Only - A Letter of Recommendation from a Current Institutional Faculty Member/Program Director
