- Provide clear takeaways attendees can apply immediately

Important Information for Consultants, Vendors/Solution Partners
Vendors and Solution Partners are welcome to submit proposals, but sessions must be educational and non-promotional.
Strong vendor submissions usually include a practice-based client or co-presenter who can speak directly to implementation, results, lessons learned and the operational realities of the work. Proposals that are product demonstrations, sales presentations or general descriptions of a company’s products or services are unlikely to be selected for the educational program.
Selection for the educational program is based on session quality, relevance to MGMA audiences, presenter expertise, program balance, and planning committee review. If selected through the call for speakers, your session will not include promotional recognition or list of attendees present.
If your proposal is not selected by the committee, it may still be presented as a sponsored session. Sponsored sessions require a sponsorship fee and a discussion with an MGMA account manager.
Why Present at MGMA?
Selected speakers receive:
- Complimentary registration to your conference
