WWA Workforce: Stronger Together
Call for Presentations
November 14-16, 2023
Washington Workforce Association is accepting proposals for breakout presentations at their upcoming fall conference, WWA Workforce: Stronger Together. We are seeking presentations that showcase best practices, innovative programs, and projects with proven results.
Conference overview: Local area leaders, industry experts, elected officials, and workforce and economic development professionals come together to network with one another and take home solutions that can help put learning into action.
Breakouts can be either 60 or 75 minutes long and should address one of these four learning session themes:
- Partnerships and Coalition Building Suggested sub-topics include:

- Performance and Operations Suggested sub-topics include:
- Industry Engagement Suggested sub-topics include:

-Population specific service delivery models
-Best practices for outreach to community
-Trauma informed care
-Fiscal operations
-Evaluation + monitoring
-Utilizing and understanding local workforce performance
-Labor Market Intelligence (LMI) and mapping technologies
-Innovative business workforce practices
-Industry sector partnerships
-Increasing good/quality jobs across sectors
-Demand-driven investment strategies
