The Annual Meeting Planning Committee invites all AAE members to submit a presentation to be considered for AAE25 in Boston. Presenting at an annual meeting provides you with the opportunity to share your knowledge with your peers and increase your visibility in the AAE.

All members of the AAE are eligible to present a Submitted Presentation. You will be using this site to submit your proposed lecture.

Per AAE policy, submitted presentations are not eligible for any speaker compensation. AAE Members requesting to participate in the annual meeting program must pay all applicable meeting registration fees. In addition, member speakers are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Co-Presenters who are non-AAE Members must also pay all applicable meeting registration fees, hotel and travel as well, no exceptions.

The American Association of Endodontists strives to provide its members with the highest quality in continuing dental education. The course material must be relevant and presented in a professional manner within the allotted time. All AAE sessions will be educational in content and free from commercial or promotional bias.

Please carefully select the topic under which you wish to submit your abstract for review.
  1. Outcomes
  2. New Technology/Innovation
  3. Pulpal and Periradicular Disease
  4. Pain
  5. Trauma
  6. Resorption
  7. Regeneration
  8. Education/Research
  9. Advanced Clinical Techniques
Presentations not submitted under an appropriate topic may be incorrectly reviewed and rejected.

Please plan on a minimum of 45 minutes for your presentation but the final time slot will be at the discretion of the Annual Meeting Planning Committee.

All Submitted Presentations must include the following information. The submission site requires the following:
  • Submitter’s name and credentials
  • Address, phone and e-mail
  • Co-presenter’s (if applicable) name and e-mail
  • Presentation title
  • Presentation synopsis
  • Learning objectives (provide three)
  • Program Participant Disclosure Statement
The provided title, session synopsis and learning objectives will be published on the AAE25 website and mobile app. Synopses may not exceed 150 words. Each learning objective should complete the sentence, “At conclusion, participants should be able to….” and should begin with measurable verbs (e.g., list, discuss, describe, evaluate, perform). Avoid using non-measurable verbs such as understand, appreciate, believe, know or learn.

All annual meeting presentations are recorded and offered as online education on Endo on Demand.

Standard session room equipment includes:
  • (1) LCD Projector
  • (1) 16:9 ratio screen
  • (1) Podium with microphone
  • (1) Wireless lavaliere microphone
  • Presenters are required to upload their final presentation to AAE's onsite presentation management system
All equipment is provided by the AAE's official audio-visual provider. Speaker-owned audio-visual equipment or equipment from other outside sources is not permitted.

Attendee evaluations indicate a high demand for speaker handouts; therefore, handouts are a required component of speaking and all presenters are required to provide a handout approximately three weeks in advance of the meeting. This will enable AAE members to have electronic access to handout material prior to the meeting.

The submission deadline is May 15, 2024; submissions received after this date will NOT be accepted, no exceptions.

All Submitted Presentations will be reviewed by the Annual Meeting Planning Committee. Members will be notified of acceptance no later than August 15, 2024.

If you have questions regarding the submission process, contact the AAE Meeting Services Department at 800-872-3636 (U.S., Canada, Mexico) or 312-266-7255 or by sending an email to
