2020 Gallup at Work Summit Breakout Session Proposals

The 2020 Gallup at Work Summit looks to provide the inspiration, education, and connections that our attendees need for their professional and personal lives. Attendees pack the room at breakout sessions for the robust curriculum knowing they’ll be receiving quality education from industry experts.

The ideal speaker is:

• Experienced and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people.
• Interested in sharing expertise, real-world strategies, tactical ideas, and knowledge.
• Willing to partner with Gallup to deliver the best possible experience for the audience.
• Interested in attending the entire event and engaging with attendees.
• Eager to help spread the word about the Gallup At Work Summit.
• Prepared to meet all registration and content delivery deadlines listed below.

Important Dates
Monday, September 30, 2019--------Call for Speakers Closes
Monday, December 2, 2019-----------All Applicants are notified whether they have been accepted or declined
Friday, January 3, 2020------------------Presenter(s) must be registered for the Gallup At Work Summit
Monday, March 16, 2020---------------FINAL presentations, handouts, and technical needs are due

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I apply to speak on the main stage?
No, our Call for Speakers does not include main stage sessions. These speakers are accepted through a separate process.

When will I know if I will be a presenter?
All applicants will be notified if their proposal has been accepted or denied by Monday, December 2, 2019. You may be contacted prior to this notification date if the selection committee has any questions or needs additional information about your proposal.

Can I edit my proposal after I submit it?
Yes, you may go in and edit your proposal until the submission deadline of Monday, October 30, 2019.
