Workshop Proposals and Concurrent Session Proposals for LM2025 are now being accepted!

Before submitting, please ensure you and your co-presenters are able to attend and present your session at LM2025 taking place at the Gaylord Texan, in Grapevine, Texas, from *November 16-19, 2025. *Note: Pre-conference Workshops will begin on Saturday, November 15, 2025.

All presenters must thoroughly understand the submission guidelines before submitting a workshop or concurrent session proposal.

Guidelines for Workshop Proposals (Open to Member Interest Groups ONLY):
Submissions will be designated within four tracks.
Workshop Proposals must be completed within the LM2025 online portal no later than 11:59 PM EST on Friday, January 3, 2025.
