The PHM 2025 Planning Committee invites all interested parties to submit content proposals for the Pediatric Hospital Medicine 2025 (PHM 2025) conference in Anaheim, California. Please review the PHM 2025 Content Submission Guidelines to determine which type of submission you would like to complete.

- Available submission topics include: Advocacy, Behavioral Health, Belonging, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, The Business and Practice of Hospital Management, Clinical Updates, Complex Care, Health Informatics and Innovation, Medical Education, Newborn Medicine, Patient Safety and Quality Improvement, Physician Wellness, Professional Development, Research and Innovation, Trainee/Early Career.

- Workshops are 75- or 90-minute interactive-style sessions that take place through PHM in dedicated workshop tracks. Workshops will address innovative ideas, learner-centered knowledge gaps and needs in an interactive format. Workshop proposals will have only 1 main presenter and up to 7 co-presenters.
- Mini-Plenary sessions are 75-minute sessions that take place throughout PHM in our larger session rooms. Mini-Plenary sessions should include 60-minutes of didactic content with 15 minutes of audience Q&A. Mini-Plenary proposals will have only 1 main presenter and up to 3 co-presenters.
- Quick Hits are 45-minute “rapid fire” sessions focused on clinical knowledge, “latest and greatest” updates or evolution of practice in one area. Quick Hit sessions should include 30-35 minutes of didactic content with 10-15 minutes of audience Q&A. Clinical Quick Hit proposals will have only 1 main presenter and up to 2 co-presenters.
- These submissions give you the opportunity to submit the content that you would like to see at the PHM 2025 conference. These topics can be presented as any one of our presentation types (Quick Hits, Mini-Plenaries or Workshops). You may submit a general topic or a general topic with up to 1 speaker suggestion. These topics could include oral storytelling about a unique or difficult patient encounter or overcoming an administrative or systematic barrier.

- If the PHM 2025 Planning committee selects you as a speaker from a General Topic proposal, you will be contacted with an invitation to present as well as next steps.

Important Notes:
- The main presenter (one per session) will receive complimentary registration.
- The main presenter must be indicated in your initial proposal.
- All co-presenters of accepted sessions must be registered for the meeting to participate in their sessions.
- Workshops, Mini-Plenary, and Quick Hits can be scheduled throughout the duration of the conference which takes place July 24 – 27, 2025.
- Please do not submit a proposal unless you and your co-presenters are able to appear on any of the four days of the conference.
- We recognize that your submission may fit into more than one topic and the planning committee will address that when reviewing your complete submission.
