🕒 Session Formats
- Breakout Session: 60 minutes (including Q&A)
- Workshop: 3 hours (offered on Tuesday, June 23rd)

💡 What Makes a Great Proposal?
We encourage proposals that include:
- Hands-on demonstrations
- Real-world case studies
- Examples of audience engagement
- Actionable outcomes and skills attendees can apply immediately

📅 Important Dates & Guidelines
- Submission Limit: Each presenter may submit up to two proposals
- Submission Deadline: Submissions must be completed by January 21, 2026
- Notification: Selected presenters will be notified by early February
- Presenter Benefit: Complimentary conference registration for accepted speakers
