Welcome to the WE Local US 2025 CFP Breakout Session Submission Site

In Spring 2025, the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) will offer three WE Local Conferences in the US. They will occur in San Jose, CA; Cherry Hill, NJ; and Milwaukee, WI. We at SWE are committed to making these conferences, like all our programming, a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Our goals in this WE LOCAL US 2025 Call for Participation (CFP) for Breakout Sessions (Lectures, Panels, Snap Sessions, and Workshops) are: to ensure effective programming and speaking opportunities are provided, and to empower attendees to succeed at every stage of their professional development.

*CFP Opens: August 19, 2024
*CFP Closes: September 30, 2024, 11:59pm US Eastern Time
*CFP Results Sent to Submitters: November 27, 2024
*Speaker Acceptance Due: December 16, 2024
*Speaker Updates due: 2 weeks before your conference ONLY via Cadmium portal
*PowerPoint Upload due: 2 weeks before your conference ONLY via Cadmium portal, following template to be provided
*WE Local, San Jose, CA: February 28 - March 1, 2025
*WE Local, Cherry Hill, NJ: March 7-8, 2025
*WE Local, Milwaukee, WI: March 14-15, 2025
