Welcome to the AMCI Annual Meeting Submission Site
The AMCI Annual Meeting Committee is planning the next annual gathering of the AMC community. We invite you to be a part of this experience two ways: serving as a Speaker, Panelist, or Moderator in one of our 60 min concurrent sessions or by presenting as a speaker in one of our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions by August 20, 2025.
Attendees for the Annual Meeting include staff from various levels of an AMC. During the submission process, we ask you to identify the target audience. The program will be a dynamic conversation among experienced and rising AMC leaders on how best to navigate real-world challenges and opportunities as we serve both our management companies and our association clients. Proposals of all kinds are welcome, however those that emphasize collaboration and those with interactive elements are most desired.
Critical themes to be explored in the event include (but are NOT limited to):
• Real world, real solutions
• Scope management, client relations
• Proactive change management
• Leadership and management - different people and styles
• Responding to and thriving in an uncertain world
• Mentoring relationships in AMCs
• Staff employee management and engagement / staff culture
• Running the business within the business
• Operations and engagement (perhaps a session on EOS – for new and/or better use)
Submissions to AMCI 2025 Annual Meeting must be completed by August 20, 2025, and should contain a title, description of the session being proposed, and three learning objectives. Panels should be limited to four (including a moderator).
Please note that you must be a member of the AMC Institute and will be expected to register to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting in order to participate.
