Call for Presentation Proposals

The Call for Presentations is Now Open!

• We invite you to submit an abstract for a 60-Minute Skill Building Workshop, 60-Minute Research Symposia, or Poster Session.
• Presentation proposals are encouraged that illustrate this year's theme: "Embracing Transformation in 2020: Harnessing Science, Innovation and Leadership and Learning from International Partners."
• Carefully review our Presentation Proposal Checklist and the Presenter Qualifications and Guidelines before starting the abstract submission process. These guidelines will help you prepare all the information you need to gather before submitting.
• We also encourage you to consult our Educational Objectives resource in formulating your proposal.
• In order to complete your submission you are required to submit a Statement of Vested Interest. Please download the PDF file from this page, as you will be asked to upload it in the first task.
• You will also be using this online form to upload your Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume, as well as a presentation outline or handout. For assistance with creating your CV, please reference the appropriate document: DSP CV; Family CV; Professional CV; Self Advocate CV.
• The primary presenter will receive all NADD correspondence and will be responsible for communicating all information to other presenters on the team. All presenters will be able attend the full conference free of charge.
• Please note: All proposals will be considered, but only a limited number can be selected. Notifications will be emailed in August 2020.
