Welcome to the Late-Breaking Clinical Trial Abstract Portal

Abstracts are due by August 7, 2025, at 5pm PDT to be considered for inclusion at VIVA or The VEINS 2025.

Notice of acceptance or rejection will be sent the week of August 25.

Users must choose whether to submit individual abstracts for VIVA OR The VEINS. However, the review committee may determine that your abstract is more appropriate for a different session or conference than you originally submitted.

Abstracts will be reviewed after the submission deadline and will be evaluated and scored based on the following criteria:

• Interest to field
• Research methods
• Quality of data
• Primary endpoint presented

Submitters from past years must create a new 2025 account and password. Previous login information will not carry over to the current database.
