Thank you for your interest in submitting programming for Pharmacy Education 2027. You will be using this site to submit your programming information. Please review the submission guidelines, instructions, evaluation criteria, and resources on the AACP Website before you begin your submission.

SUBMISSION TYPES

AACP invites members to submit proposals for the following:

Conversation World Café

• 60-minute sessions with facilitated conversations about hot topics in pharmacy education. Each session will include a brief presentation (up to 20 minutes), 30 minutes of rotating table conversations, followed by a 10–minute Q&A and wrap-up. Each Conversation World Café session is limited to two facilitators.

60-minute Sessions

• Presentations that address topics broadly applicable to contemporary pharmacy education and align with the educational tracks identified for the 2027 Annual Meeting. Each 60-minute session is limited to 5 speakers, including moderators, if applicable.

30-minute Sessions

• Presentations that align with an educational track, and which typically describe innovations or a developed initiative at one school. Each 30-minute session is limited to two speakers, including a moderator, if applicable. Active learning exercises beyond a brief Q&A are not required for 30-minute sessions.

The deadline to submit all programming submissions is Monday, November 16, 2026, at 11:59 pm PST

All submitters will be notified about the status of their proposal in mid-February.
