Award Description
CIM Distinguished Lecturers are chosen on the basis of their accomplishments in scientific, technical, management or educational activities related to the minerals industry.

Distinguished Lecturers will be videotaped, and their lecture will be made available online to CIM Members following their term.

Award Conditions

• Documentation clearly outlining the achievements and qualifications of the nominee
• Endorsements from 10 CIM National Members
• CIM National membership not required but preferred
• Lecture Abstract
