2020 Call for Thought Leaders

Welcome to the 2020 Call for Thought Leaders submission site.

On behalf of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA), we are pleased to announce that we are currently accepting submissions for thought leaders for next year’s Solar Power International (SPI), Energy Storage International (ESI), and North America Smart Energy Week (NASEW).

The deadline to complete your submission(s) is November 29, 2019, 11:59 PT.

Tips for Success:
1) Incorporate content developed by SEIA and SEPA Research. Submissions that include citations, discussions, and findings in an appropriate manner will receive additional priority from the Education Committee.
2) Submissions from recognized SEIA and SEPA Committees, Task Forces, or Working Groups will receive additional priority from the Education Committee.
3) Develop a well-written, concise summary of your proposed presentation submission in a Word document, proofread your submission several times, and save a copy for your reference.
4)Diversity matters– all panels (3-4 person sessions) must include diversity in gender, race, location, and employment of speakers as well as diversity in thought and opinion.

1) This site will allow for a maximum of five (5) submissions per person. Each submission is evaluated by how well it identifies content that is timely and applicable to both business and professional development. We strongly encourage you focus on the needs of your audience and design your submission accordingly.
2) Submissions that are based on advertisements, products, or services WILL NOT be accepted.
3) Once your submission has been completed, you may continue to revise it until the submission deadline.
4) Save your confirmation email after you submit your presentation, as it includes your Presentation ID number, login, and password.
5) We reserve the right to reject any presentations for failure to comply with submission guidelines. Due to the large number of presentations received for this conference, we are unable to provide feedback on presentations not accepted for the program.
