ACP's Proposal Submission Policy:
1. All proposals must be submitted electronically through ACP’s submission website. No submissions will be accepted via email or other means.
2. All obvious commercial sales pitches will not be accepted for a presentation. Speakers who make commercial sales pitches will be banned from future ACP engagements.
3. Proposals must be well-organized and clearly describe their relevance to the industry and how the information presented could be applied or used in practice. Applicants are encouraged to use case studies, offer solutions, and include specifics.
4. Proposals should contain new perspectives or data and not have been presented previously.
5. More than one proposal may be submitted by an author and/or company.
6. Please ensure you move all the way through the entire submission process, complete all tasks, and click Submit at the end, ensuring you receive a submission confirmation email. Incomplete submissions are not eligible for review.
7. Once speaker invitations have been sent in late June, invited speakers will have 7 days to accept their speaking slot or forfeit. Please note that speaking slots are limited and some proposals may be offered a poster presentation opportunity. Not all proposals will be accepted.
8. Deadlines are firm; late submissions will not be accepted.

- The program committee will consider a variety of factors when selecting speakers including diversity of backgrounds and perspectives and company representation. Selected speakers will be required to register for the conference at a significantly discounted rate. ACP is a non-profit organization, and this helps to cover some basic conference costs. Revenue from ACP events goes back to the industry through ACP’s efforts to grow the U.S. clean power industry and support clean energy professionals.
