We are currently accepting new abstract submissions for the 2021 AeroDef Conference and SME’s Research & Development Speed Presentation Challenge until January 29, 2021.
If you have submitted in the past, please note that you are required to create a new password that will be used in place of your access key going forward. The Evaluation Process
Members of the Event Advisory Committee will evaluate all proposed conference abstracts based on the following criteria: overall quality, relevance to the industry, well-defined focus within the program track structure, practical applications of material, timeliness of the topic, and speaker qualifications.
To be considered as a conference speaker, your abstract must be educational in nature — sales presentations will not be accepted. The final program selections and notifications will be made by mid-April, 2021. Acceptance/Rejection notifications will be delivered via email to all submitters.
